Leave work early, urges SES, as city battens down for big blow

Melbourne commuters are being advised to leave work early today as extreme weather threatens to play havoc with the public transport system.
The State Emergency Service has warned tram passengers to consider leaving work from 2pm and train passengers from 3.30pm.
